'Cinderella' first look revealed, starring Camila Cabello


Cuban American singer-songwriter Camila Cabello is all set to star in a new film adaptation of Cinderella, written and directed by Kay Cannon and produced by James Corden. This new reimagining of the classical tale of Cinderella is set to be released in February 2021.

Cinderella director Kay Cannon has now shared a new photo of Camila Cabello & Idina Menzel on the set of the upcoming film adaptation.

"Revelling the time I have left shooting with Cinderella @camila_cabello and her NOT evil step mother @idinamenzel (there are no villains in this movie. ❤) " Kannon captioned the photo.

Aside from Cabello starring in titular role it also features names like Corden, Minnie Driver, Idina Menzel, Nicholas Galitzine, Billy Porter, John Mulaney, Missy Elliott and Pierce Brosnan. Porter, who will play a genderless Fairy Godmother told CBS, "It hit me when I was on the set last week, how profound it is that I am playing the Fairy Godmother -- they call it the Fab G. Magic has no gender. This is a classic, this is a classic fairytale for a new generation. I think that the new generation is really ready. The kids are ready. It's the grownups that are slowing stuff down."

Rotten Tomatoes listed ‘Cinderella’, starred by Camila Cabello as one of the most anticipated movies of 2021.
